　　據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，2023年，菲律賓組織了14次向“坐灘”軍艦運(yùn)補(bǔ)行動(dòng)。特別是下半年以來，菲方變本加厲，每次向“坐灘”軍艦運(yùn)送補(bǔ)給，都邀請(qǐng)大量記者同行，近距離拍攝中菲船只照片視頻，然后通過剪輯拼湊炒作中方阻礙運(yùn)補(bǔ)、“沖撞”菲方船只，還聲稱中方使用遠(yuǎn)程聲波裝置和軍用級(jí)激光武器攻擊菲船員，極力塑造自身“受害者”形象。
